1. The CNC machining process is too lax. The reason for this problem is that it is afraid of complexity (referring to the preparation time), the programming is simple, the operation is simplified, and it is easy to adjust the tool alignment when using a single tool for machining, making it accustomed to ordinary machining. This makes it difficult to ensure product quality (orientation tolerance) and the production power cannot be fully utilized. Therefore, CNC machining technicians and operators should be fully familiar with CNC machining knowledge, conduct more tests to grasp relevant knowledge, and try to use the method of process aggregation for processing as much as possible. Using it multiple times will naturally demonstrate its advantages.
2. The CNC machining sequence is unreasonable. Some CNC machining operators often organize the machining sequence extremely unreasonable due to preparation issues. CNC machining is usually carried out according to the requirements of general mechanical processing technology, such as coarse to fine (tool change), inner to outer, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, etc., in order to improve quality and efficiency.
3. Use G00 (G26, G27, G29) with caution to quickly locate the instruction. G00 brings great convenience to programming and application. However, if set and used improperly, it often leads to adverse consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero, decreased accuracy, and equipment rail surface strain due to excessive speed setting. Failure to pay attention to the return to zero road can lead to safety accidents such as colliding with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of the G00 instruction, one should consider it comprehensively and not casually.
In addition, in CNC machining, it is particularly important to strengthen program retrieval and trial operation. After inputting the program into the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → move keys to perform uncertainty and certainty retrieval. If necessary, the program should be corrected to ensure its accuracy. At the same time, before the formal implementation of the program processing, it is necessary to conduct a program trial run (flip on the power amplifier) to confirm whether the processing road is common with the planned road.
